Description: Grapes are mechanically harvested from vines averaging 43 years old planted on fine gravel soil with clay and limestone. Berries are double selected at the winery, fermented with controlled temperatures for 3 weeks with micro-oxygenation. Deep cassis and black cherry, the oak is subtle and the wine retains its silkiness.
